Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons - Implement New Jersey Student Learning Standards (NJSLS) - Use data to inform instruction and drive student growth - Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs - Maintain a structured, positive classroom culture - Assess student progress and provide feedback - Collaborate with staff and communicate with families

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred) - Valid New Jersey Teaching Certification - Strong classroom management skills - Experience in diverse or urban settings preferred - Commitment to equity and student success
