Qualifications

• and Preferred Skills:Appropriate New Jersey English certification required
• Knowledge of the NJSLS and evidence-based literacy instruction
• Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills that foster a positive learning environment
• Experience using formative and summative assessment data to inform instruction and monitor student growth
• Commitment to creating engaging learning experiences that promote critical thinking, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills

Salary

• Range
• $70,500 - $100,904 in accordance with the UTEA Agreement based on education and experience
