Qualifications

• Must Posesse instruction certification issed by NJDOEMust be tenured in position
• District experence in district mentoring
• Strong organizational skills, knowledge of state mentoring rules and regulations and ability to provide assistance and professional development to the district mentors for novice teachers.Ability to work well with others and knowledge of school and district priorities and evaluation process.Knowledge of District Professional Development and Mentoring Plans.Ability to meet with mentors after school to provide professional development for year 1 and year 2 mentors
