Requirements

• Appropriate NJ State Certification: Elementary (K-6)Teacher of Students with Disabilities
• Knowledge of evidence-based strategies to support diverse learners
• Knowledge of innovative and effective instructional strategies in a small group, special education setting.Knowledge of data collection practices and progress monitoring Ability to modify the curriculum based upon techniques needed for individual learning styles
• Experience working and collaborating with parents, administrators, child study team members, and other professionals to develop Individualized Education Plans
