  • We are seeking bilingual teachers and aides to teach scholars in our ML program at various grade levels and content areas in Spanish
  • The ideal candidate will be committed to academic excellence and student growth, bring creativity to their instruction, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of bilingual pedagogy and planning language differentiation for multilingual learners
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that reflect student needs and curriculum goals
  • Deliver engaging and standards-based instruction
  • Establish a classroom culture that promotes learning, respect, and high expectations
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and classroom activities
  • Assess and track student performance; provide feedback and intervention as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership
  • Participate in professional development sessions and school-wide initiatives
  • Support school events, field trips, and community-building activities
  • Complete administrative
