Educational Technology Trainer

• Educational Technology Trainer Position Available: August 3, 2026 Montville Township Public Schools is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and highly motivated Educational Technology Trainer to support the district's technology integration initiatives and provide high-quality professional development for faculty and staff
• This position plays a critical role in ensuring that educational technology resources are effectively implemented and utilized to enhance teaching, learning, and operational efficiency across the district

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent professional experience as determined by the Board of Education.Demonstrated experience providing professional development and technology training for adult learners.Google Certified Educator certifications preferred.Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, instructional coaches, and technology personnel.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop training materials and technical documentation.Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and

• Design, coordinate, and deliver technology-related professional development for faculty and staff.Support the implementation, maintenance, and effective use of district technology systems, hardware, software, and digital learning platforms.Develop training materials, user guides, and technical documentation to support district initiatives.Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff regarding instructional technology integration and best practices.Collaborate with district administrators, instructional coaches, and technology personnel to identify training needs and develop solutions.Assist with troubleshooting technology issues and supporting district-wide technology initiatives.Stay current with emerging educational technologies and recommend innovative solutions that align with district goals
