• 2026-2027 Winter Cheer Position - Head Coach JOB GOAL: To provide leadership in the development and improvement of the athletic program by developing athletes' knowledge, skills, sportsmanship, character, and motivation to succeed

Qualifications

• 1
• Valid New Jersey Teacher Certification2
• Minimum experience as determined by the board3
• Demonstrated knowledge of the sport, sports training and conditioning, injury prevention and management and the principles of human growth and development4
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment and high standards of conduct for athletes5
• Maintain all coaching certifications as required by the NJSIAA6
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status Stipend is determined in accordance with the MTEA agreement
