• Experience with phonics and other ELA and Math supplemental programs
• Ability to conduct small group instruction with a differentiated approach
• Successful candidates will be responsible for working with the intervention team to review data to drive instruction
• Ability to work with other members of the intervention team as well as classroom teachers, CST and administration
• Excellent communication skills a must
• Familiarity with MTSS preferred
• Recent Graduates:This position is perfect for recent graduates to gain experience using varying instructional strategies and programs to support student learning

• New Jersey Standard Certification or Certificate of Eligibility in the appropriate subject area.Elementary K-62
