Qualifications
- Appropriate NJ Certification or Eligibility required for Elementary Teacher
- DESCRIPTION:Experience teaching Gifted & Talented students
- Training in differentiation, enrichment models, or gifted education strategies
- Experience with inquiry-based or problem/project-based learning
- Strong ability to differentiate instruction for advanced learners
- Passion for fostering curiosity, creativity, and intellectual risk-taking
- Deep understanding of gifted learners' academic and social-emotional needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to design rigorous, engaging, and flexible curriculum
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills
