- High School diploma, equivalent or demonstrated basic communication and computation skills. 2
- Shall successfully complete skills assessment. 3
- Preference will be given to candidate with Elementary Education certification. 4
- College credit preferred, but not required. 5
- Interest, desire and aptitude for the work to be performed. 6
