• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Boiler License preferred, but is required within one year of employment May include but not limited to general cleaning of assigned spaces, replenishment of supplies, building security, HVAC filter changes, etc
