Position Summary:BCIT is seeking a dedicated Teacher of English to join our team full-time
The ideal candidate will hold a valid NJDOE Instructional Certificate in English and demonstrate strong knowledge of the subject area and effective teaching practices
The candidate should have the ability to foster a positive learning environment, engage students in meaningful instruction, and collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and families

NJDOE Instructional Certificate in Mathematics (required)Demonstrated knowledge of mathematics content and instructional methods
Ability to maintain a supportive and structured classroom environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to working with a diverse student population

for this position is: $65,737 - $81,313This position may also be eligible for a comprehensive

supporting work-life balance.Note: Starting salaries typically fall within the lower portion of the range due to collective bargaining agreements
