Qualifications

• A valid New Jersey School Administrator Certificate
• Masters and preferably higher degree with emphasis on school administration
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and professional staff development
• Experience in designing and implementing successful professional development models
• Experience in developing and implementing school improvement plans
• Proven track record in raising student achievement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Five years building principal experience
• Strong organizational and technological skills necessary to promote educational excellence
• Ability to lead a dynamic, caring and dedicated staff, on a district-wide level, towards continuous improvement of teaching and learning
