Responsibilities

• include supporting teacher evaluation and observation processes, providing instructional coaching and feedback, overseeing the preschool intervention and referral team, overseeing implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
• Will work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to analyze student data, monitor progress, and develop targeted interventions that promote student growth and success.Location:Dayton/Deans Preschool

Qualifications

• NJ Principal Certificate
• Experience:- Early childhood education and instructional leadership.- Knowledge of MTSS, data-driven decision-making, and early intervention practices.- Teacher observations, evaluations.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.2026 - 2027 Terms of Employment: Base

Salary
